I'm Erin, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. My mission is to help women become the happiest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves without feeling trapped by strict diets and plans. I'm here to help you with all of your health and fitness goals, including:

Fit Foundations Program

My Fit Foundations Program is a one stop shop for everything you need to reach your goals. This program is for you if you’re:

- Tired of falling off track

- Unsure what to be doing to reach your goals

- Tired of dieting 

- Aren't seeing the fat loss and fitness results you want

- Need accountability, motivation, and customized support

- Ready to make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime

 

What the Fit Foundations Program includes:

- Initial 1:1 session to discuss goals and create a customized plan to easily and efficiently reach your goals 

- Access to weekly exclusive Fit Foundations Zoom calls. Includes opportunity to submit questions so you can receive individualized support and solutions during the call 

- Weekly 1:1 check in for extra accountability, support, and customized recommendations 

- Access to online modules; extensive video tutorials and educational content for all things nutrition and fitness. Also includes sample meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, workouts, and more. 

- Ability to add in any extra 1:1 sessions as needed

Metabolism and Fat Loss Jumpstart Session

This one-time session is designed to give you a jumpstart towards your fat loss and metabolism boosting goals. Whether you’re just getting started on your journey or you need a boost to get back on track, this is the perfect opportunity to get the support you need.

 

We will discuss your current lifestyle and routine, basic nutrition recommendations to reach your goals, workout recommendations to maximize your progress, and create a custom plan for success.
